The production of a coil is based on wire winding (0,05 at 1,5mm) on a bobbin. Rotating it on a spindle up to max. 30,000 rpm. The wire can be wrapped to the terminals using up to 4 interpolated axes. The process occurs normally on several spindles in parallel (2 to 18). Particular applications of this technology are multi-bay winding and progressive winding, two techniques to improve the performance of winding if the wire is isolated, or the rotating spindle winding, used to wind brushless motors.
