An aesthetic welding, without mechanic shocks between the two plastic parts, can be reached generating heat along the joint induced by the Laser emission, whereas the two parts are pressed, using a variable thrust pressure.
In relation to the product configuration, the technologies Continuous Welding or Quasi-Simultaneous Welding are used, using sources with different wavelength (Nd:YAG or Diode).
This technology allows to weld particularly sensitive products, from the aesthetic and functional point of view, such as electronic boxes, thanks to the total absence of mechanic shocks on the processed product.
