At MARSILLI, the development of each project is managed by the Engineering Department, assuring mechanical and electro-pneumatic know-how, Hardware and Software, using over 40 CAD stations with 3D molding. The Design Department assures careful development of the system according to MARSILLI’s know-how and complete traceability of changes in time, important for updating and/or modification of the machine to use different products. |
SIMULTANEOUS ENGINEERING MARSILLI’s relationship with its customers is based on sharing know-how, to improve the final process. The development of the co-design starts with research/development of the product, analysis of the production methods through prototypes and simulations, and is completed assuring optimisation of the production process. FMECA MARSILLI, to assure the customer’s satisfaction, carries out daily, along with its customers, D-FMECA e P-FMECA (Design & Project Failures-Modes-Criticality-Effects-Analysis) to improve the reliability of the products and process, according to the technical specifications. A correct analysis performed during the system design phase enables to foresee any possible problem, and allows to eliminate any faults before they become dangerous. |
